AddressWe are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to lead our visual design initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating visually compelling designs that align with our brand strategy. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, providing creative direction, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality design assets across various platforms.
Requirements
1. Design Leadership:
- Lead the design team by providing creative direction and mentorship.
- Conceptualize and execute innovative and visually stunning designs that align with brand guidelines.
2. Brand Development:
- Develop and maintain a strong visual identity for the brand across all touchpoints.
- Ensure consistency and cohesiveness in design elements across various platforms and campaigns.
3. Project Management:
- Be the point of contact with clients to understand their requirements & act as a mediator between clients & our in house team of designers.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Creative Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing, product, and other departments to translate ideas and concepts into visually appealing designs.
- Collaborate with external agencies and freelancers as needed.
4. Stay Updated:
- Keep abreast of industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies.
- Integrate new design trends and techniques into our creative process.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
- Previous experience in a leadership or senior role is preferred.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to present and explain design concepts effectively.
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
