Education Qualifications: Bachelor s Degree in Accounting or any related discipline
Overview: A nalyse everyday financial activities, accounts payable, accounts receivable and preparation of full set of accounts as well as management reports. Handle day to day operations, liaise with bankers, auditors, government officers and any other parties as needed.
Roles Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the preparation, review, and analysis of monthly financial reports and yearly budgets
- Responsible for various financial reporting deliverables in accordance with internal policies, financial reporting standards and relevant laws and regulations
- Participates in the analysis of financial data to evaluate the performance of the company
- Review and ensure the completeness of the accounts receivable
- Maintaining our accounting system and communicating process improvements
- Arranging and completing yearly tax fillings, financial audits, and reviews as required
- Recommend and maintain a system of policies and procedures that impose an adequate level of control over Finance Department activities
- Perform day-to-day finance operations like General Ledger, Account Payable Account Receivables functions
- To responsible for monthly management report and other financial matters
- To manage cash flow efficiently and liaise with banker on banking matters
- To maintain proper accounting policies and internal control procedures
- To ensure accuracy, completeness, timeliness and data integrity of all financial data
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, company secretary and other professionals to ensure compliance on all matters relating to audit, tax and statutory requirement
- Prepared payment to vendor and manage online banking matter
- Account/bank reconciliations
- Assist with preparation and coordination of the audit process
- Preparation of monthly financial statements, financial analysis and performance review including review and verification to ensure accuracy and compliance with group policies and reporting requirements
- Perform any ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities which the superior may assign from time to time
