Job Location – Bangalore /Kolkata
Roles and Responsibilities:
- 6 to 10 years of hands-on technical experience on HCM modules primarily in ABS, BEN, ORC, Payroll, Talent (Any 3 Modules - More than 4 yrs. exp, Payroll is MUST)
- Strong knowledge on HCM table Structure and HCM Business Processes.
- Strong working experience in Fusion technologies like HCM-Extract, BIP, OTBI, HDL, HSDL, Fast Formula
- Hands-on Experience on OIC is an added advantage
- Should have at least 3 to 6 yrs. experience working in Support/implementation Projects
- Ability to understand HCM Integration & Reporting requirements and Solution them.
- Good experience working on Requirements, technical Design documents & End to end technical object Testing.
- Good technical leadership capability with strong planning and follow up skills, mentorship, Work Allocation, Monitoring and status updates to Project Manager
- Should have strong written and verbal communication skills, personal drive, flexibility, team player, problem solving, influencing and negotiating skills and organizational awareness and sensitivity, engagement delivery, continuous improvement and knowledge sharing and client management.
Skills
- Oracle Cloud Module experience in ABS, BEN, ORC, Payroll, Talent (Any 3 Modules - More than 4 yrs. exp)
- Payroll is MUST have exp. (Minimum 3+ yrs exp.)
