Location: Adalaj, Ahmedabad (On-site Position)

Responsibilities :

• Brand Development/ Market Research:
• Define and articulate the brand's unique value proposition and positioning.Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends, consumer preferences, and opportunities for brand differentiation.
• Brand Identity/ Brand Messaging:
• Oversee the development and maintenance of brand guidelines to ensure consistent representation across all touchpoints. Collaborate with design teams to ensure visual and messaging elements align with brand standards.
• Collaboration and Alignment:
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and communication, to ensure brand alignment in all initiatives.
• Brand Activation/ Measurement:
• Develop and implement brand activation strategies, including campaigns and events, to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Identify opportunities for partnerships and collaborations to strengthen brand presence.
• Media Relations :
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key media outlets, journalists, and influencers. Proactively pitch and secure media coverage for company news, product launches, and thought leadership.
• Content Creation/ Event Management:
• Oversee the creation of press releases, articles, and other written materials to convey key messages and maintain a positive public image.Plan and execute PR events, press conferences, and product launches to generate media coverage and enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business,Public Relations or a related field.
• Proven experience of 5+ Years in brand strategy, management, advertising, PR activities or a related role.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Previous experience in Beauty & Wellness background is preferred.
• Familiarity with digital PR strategies and social media.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in leading and mentoring teams.
• Decision making & Strategic Planning.
