Working on the cutting edge of digital production, you will work across project teams to solve design and process challenges using Revit MEP and AutoCAD. You will have the opportunity to shape our BIM workflow, using Dynamo to streamline production processes and exploring new software platforms to enhance our reputation for innovation.
Be Challenged
Your next role
- Technical authoring and detailed production of planning documentation.
- Managing the delivery and quality control process for 2D and 3D design deliverables.
- Working with senior designers to ensure the best product in terms of design drawings and 3D models.
- Continually training the grads new staff to BHLA CAD/BIM competence level.
- Trouble shooting when designers are producing the models/drawings.
- QA pre issue and QA post issue PDF and CAD, looking for mistakes and ensuring that they don’t happen in the future.

- Demonstrated experience in leading BIM solutions for a design consultancy.
- Expert in Revit MEP and AutoCAD.

- Proven ability to lead BIM training and upskill other staff on BIM skills.
- An individual with a good mix of creativity and pragmatism.
