Job Description
Sutherland is seeking an attentive and analytical person to join us as a Sr Associate - Business Analystto be responsible for overseeing the quality of Data analysis and Reporting. Responsibilities:
• Keep management updated: Relay vital information in the form of timely and accurate reports.
• Impact the bottom line: Produce solid and effective strategies based on accurate and meaningful data reports and analysis and/or keen observations.
• Define Sutherland’s reputation: Oversee and manage performance and service quality to guarantee customer satisfaction; provide coaching and feedback to CSRs.
• Strengthen relationships: Establish and maintain communication with clients and/or team members; understand needs, resolve issues, and meet expectations.
• Take the lead: Monitor quality of data and reports and take necessary action; perform RCA and take corrective actions for defects identified during monitoring; drive quality awareness and improvement initiatives across program
Qualifications
To succeed in this position, you must:
• Education: Any Graduate B.Tech/B.E./MCA
• Experience: Minimum 3+ years
• Experience in MS SQL Developer.
• Should have knowledge in Data base and must write on own queries to extract the data from DB.
• Analyze existing SQL queries for performance improvements.
• Experience on BI Tools (Power BI, Tableau)
• Experience on .net will be an added advantage.
• Experience in Healthcare knowledge is value added.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Power Point, etc.)
• Should have data analytics skills.
• Preferably US healthcare domain knowledge is required.
• Analyzing & Interpreting Information.
• Build appropriate and useful reporting deliverables.
• Provide timely scheduled management reporting.
• Should have experience in understanding of client business model.
• Should have the knowledge of Use Case Model, Use Cases
• Should have expertise in understanding client requirement and documenting it.
• Have strong verbal and written communication skills; be able to communicate in a clear, constructive, and professional manner.
• Be pro-active in developing trust and professional rapport with employees and team members; work as a team-player.

• Shift Timings - 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM IST (* based on business requirement need to support client)
