To be responsible for sales support to customers and agents in Europe t territory. To support successful business development and achievement of targeted market position & sales in the area.
Responsibility:
- Review of customer enquiry documents, P& ID diagrams, specifications etc.
- Work with Product Managers to determine business needs and solutions.
- Preparing Techno commercial Proposal in line to customer technical requirements, commercial conditions of sales and delivery times
- Address customer techno commercial queries and issues in a timely manner.
- Sizing and selection of valves and actuators, assembly.
- Generating Installed base reports and Spare part agreement proposals.
- SPIR preparation in concurrence with sales office
- Providing product technical engineering information to customers and agents.
- Provides technical support to Sales team
- Placing factory orders using ERP tools
- Order expediting and sales documentation.
- Provide post-sales support to customers as needed

- Operations, Engineering, Product Lines, FC Services, Project unit
- Customers, agents
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering from a reputed institute.
- Minimum 5-8 years of working experience in application or quotation preparation. Valves experience would be preferable.
- Knowledge of commercial terms and conditions of sales, Incoterms, international trade & finance requirements.
- knowledge of commercial documents as LC/SBLC/ Bank Guarantees etc.
- Experience of Finance and logistics related activities in ERP system as SAP etc.
- Experience is supporting international Sales office through a centralized support team.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft office / Excel / PowerPoint
- Good communication skills in English as a language, Knowledge of any European language such as German / French will be an additional advantage.
