You will be part of a team of test engineers to develop and integrate cutting-edge technologies for Financial Services Company building E2E automation solutions. You will work closely with product and engineering teams to understand features, develop, and automate test cases, improve product quality and shorten release time from dev to production.What are we looking for?We want strong collaborators who can deliver a world-class client experience. Knowledge of working on test plans, test creation and processes, methodologies, and tools.Knowledge of automation tools like Selenium, Robot Framework, BDD and Cucumber, Python, JavascriptUnderstanding of CI/CD and how QA/automation process fits into the model.Working Knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Accounts, Opportunities, product customization.Hands on experience with SOQL, ability to understand, write complex queries and validate.Hands on experience with regression for web application and APIs / web servicesExposure working and understanding of Salesforce out of the box functionalities like (but not limited to) Objects, Roles, Fields, Customization, Approval processes, Validation Rules, Data Loader, Workflow rules, Process Builder, Flows, Permission Sets, Groups, Triggers, Execution Batches, VisualForce pages, LWC with a thorough understanding of the constraints of the SFDC platform.Knowledge of Reports and Dashboards. Knowledge of Tableau CRM will be an added advantage.Develop a test plan based on the requirements and functionality, that covers functional testing (happy-path, negative, boundary/extreme, exploratory), regression, usability, data, integration, smoke/sanity and performance/load testing.Write comprehensive test cases validating all possible use cases, including regression, smoke, and deployment tests.Report issues discovered through manual testing or via automated tests and track them to closure in JIRA.Participate in the release planning process to review functional specifications and create release plans.Good to Have:Understanding of CI/CD and how QA/automation process fits into the model.Excellent communication and organizational skillsDrive to improve systems and processes through a sense of shared ownership.References are also welcome.
