AddressAnalyst/Senior Analyst - Investment Banking
Role: Analyst
Location: Mumbai
Compensation: Industry Standards
Responsibilities:
- Prepare robust financial and valuation models for public and private equity investments (M&A, LBO, etc.)
- Conduct in-depth industry/company research to generate insights, identify key trends and investment opportunities.
- Actively communicate and engage with the clients on the deals/projects, understand the requirements, build collaterals and explain the deliverables to the various stakeholders.
- Write qualitative research reports on company and industry including thematic notes, company initiation notes, earnings note, and events-based notes in a timely manner.
- Prepare deal pitch-books, preparing stock screening based on quantitative and qualitative metrics, credit analysis, ad hoc industry studies, etc.
- Support team leaders & associates on deal execution, on-going client interactions and related work
Requirements:
Education: MBA/CA/CFA
Experience: 1-4 years
Skills:
- Attention to detail.
- Highly analytical thinker and writer
- Ability to respond quickly to changing situations is a must
- Demonstrable time management and prioritization skills desirable
- Excellent modeling skills are required as well as a solid grounding in accounting/financial fundamentals.
