JD:
- Joining as a Senior Analyst in Digital Analytics within India Analytics Hub (IAH), responsible for enhancing customer, product, and digital journey experiences through advanced analytics leveraging cutting-edge technologies.
- Define success metrics for digital features or marketing platforms, outlining key performance indicators (KPIs) and validating data elements in test environments. Post-launch, provide performance reporting and insights to enhance customer experience on Synchrony platforms.
- Demonstrate a passion for data and analytics, with a thirst for learning new technologies to stay at the forefront of industry trends.
- Utilize data and analytical tools to develop and track business metrics, providing insights into the state of the business.
- Collaborate closely with Technology, Agile, and business teams to identify critical, primary, and secondary KPIs for measuring platform or product performance.
- Ensure adherence to timely delivery, accuracy, and documentation in alignment with audit procedures.
- Possess 1-2 years of analytics experience, proficient in SQL or SAS with hands-on ability to write and execute queries, coupled with knowledge of Adobe or Google Analytics.
- Demonstrate a basic understanding of core concepts and metrics in retail finance.
- Capable of translating analysis outcomes into actionable findings and recommendations, facilitating informed decision-making processes.
