Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Administrative Manager at PAPER VANTAGE POINT PVT LTD in Bhiwandi. The Senior Administrative Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations of the business, strategizing and implementing administrative policies and procedures, overseeing HR operations, liaising with clients and suppliers, and collaborating with the management team to ensure the smooth and effective running of the business.
Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in a managerial/administrative role
• Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead, mentor and manage a diverse team
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making and analytical skills
• Experience in developing and implementing administrative policies and procedures
• Knowledge of HR operations and compliance
• Ability to liaise and build relationships with clients and suppliers
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
• Experience in the paper industry is a plus
