Senior Accountant

Financial Reporting:

• Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with GAAP for various real estate entities.
• Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data, making necessary adjustments as required.

Real Estate Transactions:

• Oversee and reconcile real estate transactions, including property acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing activities.
• Maintain and update fixed asset records, ensuring accurate capitalization and depreciation

Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and other financial requirements.
• Work with external auditors and tax professionals during audits and tax filings.
• Handling petty cash
• Bank reconciliations
• Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
• Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
• Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
• Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
• Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents.

Team Collaboration:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, and operations, to gather information and support business initiatives.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior accounting staff.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification preferred.
• 10+ years of accounting experience, with a focus on real estate accounting.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Yardi) and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Candidate should capable of handling tally software and ERP system, looking for very
• dedicated and hardworking candidate who will handle all accounting affairs very responsibly
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate and high-quality work
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
