Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. Professional certifications such as CPA or ACCA are preferred.
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Chief Accountant, Senior Accountant, or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and tax regulations.
- Advanced Excel skills for financial analysis and modeling.
- Strong leadership abilities with the capability to motivate and develop a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting and data analysis.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Job Responsibility:
- Handling Import
- Maintaining Documents & Update Folder
- Updating Import Sheets/Updating Google Drive Import Folder
- Tracking Shipment/Preparing Docs/Send to CHA
- Following up with CHA & Update Status of Shipment & Providing documents/letters as & when require
- Booking of Import Bills
- Maintaining & Filing of Import Bills & Documents
- Export Sales
o Export Sales Invoice
o Preparing Documents
o Communicating & arranging to CHA & Logistics for pick up, docs, letters etc
- Maintaining & Filing of Export Bills & Documents
- Processing Foreign Payments
- Booking of CHA, Logistics Bills for Import & Export
- Preparing Incentive working and finalized for, (Monthly & Yearly)
o Biomedical Sales
o Biomedical Service Sales
o Imaging Service Sales
- Statutory Payments & Review
o Professional Tax
o TDS
o TCS
- Ledgers Scrutiny (Debtors & Creditors for Advances)
- Review of Travel Expense & Payments
- Preparing & Submitting Docs to Bank for IDPMS & EDPMS Pendency
- Assisting in Qtr & Annual Audit
- Salary Payable Entries, Commission Entries
- Keeping Record of Pricing of Imports & Shared to Store
- Preparing various reports as & when require,
e.g. Tran1, Bank Requirements, Customs Letters etc.
- Statutory Liability V/s Payment,
o PF
o ESIC
o TDS
o GST
o PT
o Gratuity
- Division wise Profitability
- Fund Flow Statement (Biomed & Imaging)
- SO Status (adv, PO, PDC, Agreement) while or before dispatch
- Legal Case for non payment & GST issues debtors/creditors
- Stock Statements Monthly
- Stock Adjustment in Tally
- GST & TDS Return Filling
