Genesis BCW is looking for a Senior Account Executive / Account Manager for our Mumbai location.The individual will join our client servicing team for working with our Pharma, Health and Wellness Practice.The team works with some of the leading players in the industry.

Responsibilities
• The Senior Account Executive / Account Manager will represent their team to both clients and senior management.• They are responsible for delivering quality client programs on time and within budget.• They are expected to play an active role in new business development with a focus on growing existing accounts.• They must drive service quality for a group of accounts, keeping programs on time and within budget.• They deliver comprehensive, strategic, and integrated communication programs.• They maintain clear and consistent communication channels between the client and the account team.• They manage client meetings and account reviews to foster strong and supportive relationships.• They manage issues and crises with the support of senior management.• They stay abreast of industry trends and provide strategic counsel to clients.
Requirements
• Educational Qualification – Graduate or Postgraduate in any stream or professional qualification in the field of public relations or marketing communication.• Client Servicing – A Senior Account Executive/Account Manager should be capable of driving service quality for a group of accounts, keeping programs on time and within budget.• Must be able to deliver comprehensive, strategic, and integrated communications programs that complement the client’s business objectives.• Maintain a clear and consistent communication channel between the client and the account team.• Manage client meetings and account reviews to foster a strong and supportive relationship with clients.• Manage issues and crises with the support of senior management.• Minimum Requirements: Between 3 to 7 years of work experience in public relations or communications industry with a Healthcare, Pharma, or Wellness client.
