Project Role : Security Consulting Practitioner
Project Role Description : Research and translate risk information. Partner with client stakeholders to provide input and best practice recommendations to inform decision making on security solutions. Implement and support client-based security solutions.
Must have skills : Symantec Endpoint Protection (SEP)
Good to have skills : Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) Operations

Key Responsibilities: 1. Excellent hands-on experience on EDR technologies like Crowd Strike, Symantec Endpoint Protection and Windows Defender 2. Manage day to day Management, operation, and delivery of the EDR technologies 3. Implement change and troubleshoot incidents spanning various Antivirus vendor products 4. Implement change and troubleshoot incidents on Anti malware solutions 5. Adherence to ITIL service management framework 6. Creation of process documentation SOPs 7. Document RCA and impact of incidents Technical Experience: 1. Strong experience in incident response 2. Knowledge of End point Security 3. Sound knowledge of EDR and next gen Anti-virus. 4. Install, configuration troubleshooting Endpoint/cloud components 5. Preparing configuration documents 6. Reporting and Client interactions. Professional Attributes: 1. Should be comfortable in shifts. 2. Work from office based on business requirements. 3. Should be able to work independently without any assistance.
