HR Operations
Role Overview:
The HR Operations Executive will be responsible for managing payroll, HR compliances, and various HR operations such as drafting offer letters, appointment letters, and handling new joiners' formalities. Additionally, they will oversee HRIS management, attendance tracking, employee confirmations, exit procedures, Full and Final settlement, off-roll payroll processing, and administration of off-roll employees at the office. Moreover, the role will involve coordinating HR operations activities and providing support for employee engagement initiatives like monthly birthday celebrations, organizing blood donation camps, and arranging office decorations for festivals such as Diwali and Christmas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage payroll processes efficiently and accurately.
- Ensure compliance with all HR-related legal requirements and regulations.
- Handle HR operations tasks including offer letters, appointment letters, and new joiner formalities.
- Maintain and update HRIS (Human Resources Information System) regularly.
- Monitor attendance records and manage employee confirmations and exits.
- Process Full and Final settlements for outgoing employees.
- Oversee off-roll payroll activities and manage off-roll employee administration at the office.
- Coordinate and support employee engagement initiatives such as monthly birthday celebrations and blood donation camps.
- Organize and oversee office decorations for festivals like Diwali and Christmas.
- Fluency in Hindi and Tamil languages for effective communication and understanding.
Job Requirements:
- 4+years experience in HR operations and payroll management.
- Strong understanding of HR compliances and legal requirements.
- Proficiency in HRIS management and MS Office applications.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi, Tamil, and English.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in payroll processing and documentation.
- Flexibility to work on employee engagement activities and festival arrangements.
- Immediate availability or maximum 15 days' notice period preferred.
