HR Operations Analyst Payroll

This is an exciting role and would entail you to:
Be responsible for managing and delivering services to employees with operational activities of processes including onboarding, contract change, performance management, C&B, internal mobility, and offboarding.
Manage data updates on our HR management system related to new joiner credentials.
Closure of Separation process within defined TAT.
Mediclaim Data Management
Manage Expense Reimbursement queries
Sharing inputs with payroll team for processing of payroll, variable pay, joining bonus, retention bonus, increments. etc
Managing contract changes in cases of contract extension and conversion to FTE
Ensuring PF and statutory compliance requirements
Handling employee helpdesk queries
Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days, joining bonus, retention bonus and work schedules)
Maintenance of data and reports and presenting the same to business
Liaising with stakeholders from shared services of IT, Payroll, Admin, HR, insurance vendors. etc
You will be working closely with employees, HR, employee experience team and shared services.
This may be the right role for you if you have
- 5-7 years of experience in HR Operational services across employee life cycle
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office Suite and the ability to quickly learn new technologies.
- Attention to detail and ensuring data accuracy
- Substantial experience working with Human Resource Management Systems (experience in Darwinbox HRMS is preferred).
- Creative problem-solving ability and employee service centric
- Good communication skills both written and verbal.
- Essential stakeholder management skills.
