Job Description:
Minimum 10 years of experience in sap consulting as Production Planning & Quality Management consultant and overall experience more than 12 year
Must have worked on minimum 3 full lifecycle SAP S/4 Hana implementation project.
Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements.
Map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients needs.
Design, customize, configure and test of Production planning processes. Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions. document functional designs, test cases and results proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements
Functional experience in production planning processes which includes, MRP Strategies, Order management, Capacity planning, Shop floor management, Rework & scrap management, Product costing, WIP & Production sub-contracting processes.
Knowledge of QM Processes, Master data, Sample Management, Quality Notifications, defect management, and Quality certificates.
Knowledge on flexible planning, sales and operations planning, rough-cut capacity planning, and long-term planning and should be able to understand the concepts of simulation and day to day planning processes.
Must have worked on of Process Industry model, Understanding of Batch Management, Batch determination, Co-Products & By products and Quota Management.
Good Knowledge of integration points with FI, CO, MM, SD, PM modules with PP & QM.
Sap Certification in PP/QM module is an added advantage.
