AddressRole Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Associate located in Jalandhar, Punjab. The Sales Associate will be responsible for generating leads, managing and strengthening relationships with existing and new customers, responding to customer inquiries and concerns, coordinating with the production and administration teams, and submission of commercial offers.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders
- Experience in business development and sales
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software, such as Salesforce
- Engineering or business related degree is beneficial but not required
- Experience in the conveyor belting or similar industry is a plus
