. Job Description
Job Summary: As a Lead Salesforce Administrator you will be administering and building solutions on the Salesforce platform to support evolving business processes for teams across Sprinklr including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Service, and Product
As a Lead Salesforce Administrator, you will be:
- Upgrading and configuring Salesforce systems for optimized integration and ensuring optimal performance of Salesforce systems and products.
- Understanding of Salesforce security like profiles, roles, sharing rules, permission sets and groups
- Maintaining the Sales Cloud and CPQ configurations
- Building and maintaining custom reports and dashboards for stakeholders and users
- Perform complex Salesforce configuration and maintenance as needed including but not limited to process flows, validation rules, formulas, application creation, object model updates, lightning components, security and user access updates
- Managing and installing new salesforce packages from app exchange for integrations.
- Documenting processes, including error reports and changes to field history tables.
- Automate whenever possible, optimizing efficiency and quality of delivery, including managing external resources to implement automation tools
Responsible for customization of Sales Cloud and CPQ applications including process builders, flows, validation rules and approvals; Routing, rules and queues. Review and communicate content of new Salesforce releases and their impact on business practices and system functionality.
- Advanced creation of reports and dashboards for key stakeholders including joined reports and filter logic and cross filters as a backup for the Sr. Reporting and Data Analyst.
- Help eliminate the Salesforce tech debt accumulated over the period.
- Experience working in an Agile environment to deliver on a weekly or bi-weekly ti
Key Skills Required:
- Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator.
- 5 + years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a similar environment.
- Past experience on solving business problems around Accounts Hierarchy, Multi-Currency, Opportunity Stage Gating, Page Layout Cleanups, Partner and Customer Community etc.
- Good understanding of CI/CD and deployment best practices leveraged for Salesforce
- Experience in performing Salesforce upgrades and ensuring successful integration.
- Proficiency in creating Salesforce profiles, allocating roles, and managing access.
Knowledge of importing sales data and generating Salesforce reports. Ability to provide Salesforce training and end-user support.
- Experience administering third-party applications commonly integrated with Salesforce such as Docusign, Conga, Clari, Financial Force, ZoomInfo, LeanData, 6Sense, Salesloft etc
- Salesforce Certified Development Lifecycle and Deployment Architect – Nice to have.
- Proactive communication and collaboration skills with team members and stakeholders across global time zones
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with positive attitude with willingness to do what it takes to get the job don
