Job Description

We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator with a strong background in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Certinia (formerly Financialforce). The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Salesforce environment to support our business processes and improve customer engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily management of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Customize Salesforce fields, page layouts, record types, workflows, and approval processes.
• Ensure system security and integrity, including user access and data security.
• Oversee all aspects of user and license management, including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions and public groups.
• Resolve user support tickets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or relevant field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
• Salesforce Administrator certification is required.
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Experience with Certinia (formerly Financialforce) is desirable.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality.
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
