Designation: Sales Team Lead - Team Lead
Experience: 3-6 years (Minimum 1 year of Team Lead experience in hardcore Inside sales)
Location: Gurgaon
Language Requirement: English/Hindi
Shift Timings: Day Shifts /6 days working, 1 day rotational week off
Key Responsibilities :
● Lead and motivate a team of 10-12 advisors to achieve monthly revenue targets
● Utilize your sales expertise to drive results and exceed performance expectations.
● Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to team members to foster growth and development.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales strategies and processes.
Preferred Qualities:
● Strong leadership skills with proven experience in managing a Sales Team.
● Exceptional communication skills in English&Hindi
● Previous experience in achieving and exceeding revenue targets in a sales environment.
● High school education or equivalent.
