Team Lead - Inside Sales
Job Purpose: As a Inside Sales - Team Lead, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and leading a team of Inside Sales representatives to success. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, a passion for sales, and a dedication to delivering outstanding customer service. The Inside SalesTeam Lead will be responsible for managing day- to-day sales operations, coaching and developing team members, and driving sales performance.
Areas of Responsibility:
Leadership and Team Management:
- Lead and motivate a team of Inside Sales representatives to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to team members to help them succeed in their roles.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that encourages open communication, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, updates, and performance expectations.
- Monitor individual and team performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends to capitalize on.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotions to generate leads and support sales efforts.
- Track sales metrics and KPIs to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Utilize CRM software to manage leads, track sales activities, and generate reports.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet them.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and support.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly and effectively.
- Work closely with the customer success team to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and drive customer retention.
Training and Development:
- Develop and implement training programs to onboard new hires and ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for existing team members to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to support the professional growth and development of team members.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate closely with other departments, including marketing, customer success, and product development, to ensure alignment and support company objectives.
- Communicate effectively with senior management, providing regular updates on sales performance, key initiatives, and challenges.
- Act as a liaison between the Inside Sales team and other departments, facilitating cross-functional collaboration and problem-solving.
Revenue: Targets
Kindly Note:
- Experience in Sales call script and quality monitoring is required.
- Should have experience working on one or more CRM tools such as Salesforce, Zoho, Hubspot etc.
- Demonstrated experience in scaling up paid user acquisition and revenue through remote/digital/telesales channels.
- No. of Working Days - 5 Days a week working (In - Office)
- Must be ok with National and International Travel
