Position Overview:
ADAMAS Tech, a leading IT provider of Technology Solutions, is seeking an experienced IT Service Salesperson to join our team. As an individual contributor, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth within the BFSI sector. Reporting directly to the Business Head, you will be responsible for promoting our technology solutions and services.
Responsibilities:
Business Development:
1. Identify and engage potential clients within the BFSI industry.
2. Promote our suite of services, including:
i. Application Development: Delivering customized software solutions.
ii. Technology Solutions: Providing innovative tech solutions tailored to client needs.
iii. IT Services: Offering comprehensive IT support.
iv. AI & ML-Based Services: Leveraging artificial intelligence and machine learning.
3. Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers.
Sales Strategy and Execution:
1. Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan to achieve revenue targets.
2. Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions.
Market Insights and Trends:
1. Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape.
2. Leverage market insights to position our services effectively.
3. Client Relationship Management:
4. Understand client pain points and propose customized solutions.
5. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle.
6. Negotiate contracts and close deals.
Qualifications:
1. Experience: 7-12 years of successful sales experience in the IT services domain, specifically within BFSI.
2. Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of BFSI operations and technology requirements.
3. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Presentation Skills: Ability to articulate complex ideas effectively.
5. Technology Background: Familiarity with IT solutions, applications, and AI/ML concepts.
