Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Customer Acquisition:
- Identify and cultivate new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and digital outreach.
- Meet and exceed sales targets set by the Sales Manager.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
2. Account Management:
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Provide regular follow-up with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify additional sales opportunities.
3. Sales Strategy and Reporting:
- Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to increase sales and revenue.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports, proposals, and presentations to management.
4. Product Knowledge:
- Maintain thorough knowledge of company's products/services and market trends.
- Educate customers about our product features, benefits, and available services.
5. Collaboration and Feedback:
- Work collaboratively with the marketing team to align strategies.
- Provide feedback to the product development team on market needs and customer feedback.
Qualifications:
- Comes with a ready rolodex of customer relationships in Govt & Public Enterprise sales in India.
- Specialization in Govt Sales - Customer acquisition, business development, lifecycle management.
- Minimum individual sales target achievement of 10-15 Cr. annually
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Value Selling, RFP creation & bidding, etc.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs.
