Responsible for sales forecasting and increasing sales volume in his routes/ territories
- Distributing target among salesman and self
- Improve execution by supervising the working of MDC, Sr
- MDC, salesman on his route
- Should have good relationship with team for smooth functioning
- Meeting salesman and MDC according to PJP, grievance handling in case of any
- Build strong relationship with Whole-sellers, Distributors, Sub- distributer, and retailers
- Enhance their efficiency by pushing sales
- Should ensure total product management (TPM) including product rotation in the market
- Responsible for payment, outstanding, load planning & ordering as per the targets
- Should attend & resolve customer complaints
- Manage schemes/ discounts and its implementation in the routes/ markets
- Plan & monitor the placement of SGA/ signage in the routes/ markets, Should track the value generated by placement of assets with co-ordination of salesman
- Upgradation of visi- coolers
- Managing routes in absence of salesman
- Pushing secondary sales by doing route riding
- Reporting CSS, brand and SKU wise targets achieved report

- Essential Desired Graduate 4-5 years hardcore FMCG experience MBA
