Job Responsibilities -
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
Identify key market segments and potential clients within the cable industry.
Analyze market trends and competitors to stay informed and adjust strategies accordingly.
Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.
Set clear sales targets and provide guidance and support to ensure objectives are met.
Conduct regular performance reviews and implement improvement plans as necessary.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, cable operators, distributors, and other relevant stakeholders.
Understand client needs and provide solutions that meet or exceed expectations.
Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts.
Prepare regular sales reports for management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
Use data and analytics to assess sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.
Stay informed about the cable industry, including new technologies, products, and services.
Provide training to the sales team to ensure they are well-versed in the features and benefits of the cable products.
Develop and manage the sales budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to achieve sales goals.
Monitor and control expenses to optimize profitability.
Lead negotiations with clients to secure favorable terms and agreements.
Oversee the preparation and execution of contracts and agreements.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and potential areas for expansion.
Stay informed about industry trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings.
Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to align sales efforts with overall company objectives.
Provide input to product development based on customer feedback and market trends.
