JD OF SALES & MARKETING EXECUTIVE
Job Summary:
As a Sales and Marketing Executive at Specula Fab LLP, you will be responsible for driving sales of aluminium and uPVC doors and windows by developing and implementing effective marketing strategies. This role involves fieldwork, where you will meet architects, builders, civil engineers, and other stakeholders to promote our products and build strong business relationships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic and competitive environment.
Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development:
Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
Build and maintain relationships with architects, builders, civil engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Identify new business opportunities and develop innovative approaches to penetrate the market.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop pricing strategies and proposals.
Track sales performance and prepare regular reports for management review.
Marketing and Promotion:
Develop marketing plans and campaigns to promote aluminium and uPVC doors and windows.
Coordinate with the marketing team to create promotional materials, such as brochures, catalogs, and presentations.
Organize and participate in industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to showcase our products.
Utilize digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and website content, to reach potential customers.
Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
Customer Relationship Management:
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely delivery of products.
Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
Follow up with clients to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
Build long-term relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
● Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the building materials industry.
● Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
● Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively for fieldwork.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: ₹9,066.61 - ₹25,602.62 per month
