Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at our Raipur location. The Sales Manager will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and closing deals. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for meeting sales targets and managing a team of sales representatives.
Qualifications
- Strong sales skills, with experience in B2C sales preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage and motivate a sales team
- Understanding of the financial industry and loan products
- Ability to meet sales targets and deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Proven track record of successful sales performance
- Experience with lead generation and management
- Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools
