Job Overview
Silverlake Premium Furniture is seeking a Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating sales and building strong relationships with customers in the Furniture Industry. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The job is located in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India and is a full-time position.
Qualifications and Skills
- 4 to 6 years of experience in sales, preferably in the Furniture Industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building customer relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office tools.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Willingness to travel as required.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Generate sales and achieve monthly targets in the Furniture Industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events to promote our products.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the Furniture Industry.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records of sales activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner.
