Head Sales
- Be full responsible for leading Sales, BD teams to overachieve organisation yearly financial budget
- Drive strategic business alliances with customer independently leading towards creation of large business opportunities in mid /long terms
- Manage and control all aspects of the country's businesses, ensuring that customer is kept at center of all processes and dealings are ethical and fair.
- Understand the competitive landscape and market trends
- Understand and effectively communicate the company's value prop, tech, process and current partnerships
- Work closely with colleagues on cross-territory opportunities and other internal teams on marketing materials and cause studies
- To develop & mentor the entire Sales team towards professional growth and outperformance Responsible to engage, develop & retain all key members of the stated teams as above.
- Proactively work with them towards their self-development and create a strong second line and next key manages in the company
