Job Description:
- Establish action plan for sales promotions for all our machinery products
- Drive sales growth through maximization of resources and execution of market segment strategies by BU wire and partner products.
- Secure active customer relation data management within the assigned area
- Establish / maintain campaign results report to track progress and impact of marketing initiatives and take appropriate actions in case of deviation
- Achieve sales target set by management in assigned area.
- Monitor customer, competitor activity & gather general market information and feedback to headquarter
- Create and maintain strong customer relationship with top notch customer service
- Ensure Code of Conduct compliances
Requirements:
Education
- Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
- Additional sales or business administration qualification is preferred
Work experience
- 3-5 years sales experience in the multi-national industrial environment, preferably with experience in wire processing machines
- Good basic understanding in machinery, automation and software
Expertise and methodology
(Business knowledge, languages, MS-Office, etc.)
- Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Intermediate working knowledge of SalesForce / Microsoft Dynamics CRM package appreciated
- Knowledge on lean office methodology appreciated
