Job Title: Sales Representative (Oil and Gas/Fasteners Industry)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in the oil and gas or fasteners industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, developing relationships with clients, and closing sales to achieve revenue targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the industry, and a proven track record of success in sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and prospect potential clients in the oil and gas or fasteners industry through research, networking, and cold calling.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our offerings.
• Negotiate contracts and terms of sale to close deals and achieve sales targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
• Prepare and maintain sales reports, forecasts, and pipelines to track progress and performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
• Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the oil and gas or fasteners industry.
• Strong understanding of sales techniques, negotiation strategies, and customer relationship management.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly and persuasively.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in the oil and gas or fasteners industry.
• Knowledge of industry regulations, standards, and practices.
• Certification in sales or related field.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Salary: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
