YOUR ROLE

  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan for Loctite products in assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities with a strong project pipeline.
  • Provide technical support and product demonstrations to potential customers.
  • Conduct product training sessions for clients and colleagues and collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute promotional campaigns.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and competitive products and prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and reports.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets and lead and coach distributor sales teams to set and achieve the goals.
  • Maintaining proper sales and performance records as per requirements
  • Handle key accounts, ensuring accurate forecasting, manage supplies & meet monthly collections targets.
  • Reaching out to customers leads through demand generation and showcase value selling.

YOUR SKILLS

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in the adhesive or any industrial products.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferably Mechanical or Chemical)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent in distribution management and value selling approach.
