Job Description
Sales – Talk to the existing, missed & new customers daily and identify their requirements
Progressing on the identified requirements technically & commercially
Maintaining good relationship with customers to understand their concerns and have them addressed.
Send renewal notifications to customer periodically and followup
Should be target oriented and be able to drive the set objectives independently
Should be responsible and accountable for revenues, margins & collections
To ensure 100% on-time collections
Owning up the opportunities through successful POC till submitting commercial proposals
Should comply to the MIS reporting
Should be able to gather market intelligence of the opportunities
Should be ready to learn, develop and grow skills required for the job.
Requirements
Desired Candidate Profile – Qualification & Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent sales and customer service skills.
Sales-oriented and goal-oriented, self-starting, and able to work without constant supervision
Proven ability to get results and meet commitments
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint).
Experience with any CRM Software will be preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude
Strong commercial acumen and business understanding.
