AddressQualifications :
1. 2 to 5 years of relevant experience.
2. Proven experience as an RPA Developer with strong programming skills and should have hands-on experience on A360.
3. Additional advantage to have Automation Anywhere Essential, Advanced and Master certification.
4. Good to have experience on other RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism).
5. Hands-on knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
6. Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
Skills :
1. Familiarity with process analysis and improvement methodologies.
2. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
3. Experience with process documentation and workflow diagramming.
4. Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
Responsibilities :
1. Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions to automate business processes and tasks.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and assess automation opportunities within different departments.
3. Analyze existing processes, identify areas for improvement, and propose automation solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
4. Configure, test, and deploy RPA bots using industry-standard RPA tools.
5. Conduct thorough testing to ensure the reliability, accuracy, and performance of RPA solutions.
6. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed RPA bots, troubleshooting issues and optimizing performance.
7. Stay current with emerging RPA technologies and trends and evaluate their potential application within the organization.
8. Adaptability and flexibility with respect to technologies, work environment and work timing as we work with global customers.
9. Collaborate with business analysts and end-users to gather requirements and refine automation processes.
10. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
