Rpa Business Analyst

The Automation Business Analyst supports stakeholders with identification of Automation opportunities and plays a critical role in understanding and documenting business processes, helping stakeholders with understanding the automation life cycle, working with business SME’s to re-engineer processes where required, developing business cases, and ensuring that the automation solutions meet stakeholder requirements and are adequately tested and implemented.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed process analysis sessions with business stakeholders including detailed documentation

• Work with business stakeholders to re-engineer processes to make for improved automations

• Document processes accurately and develop business cases.

• Manage the understanding of SMEs and wider stakeholders on the automation life cycle

• Collaborate with the project lead and developers to ensure alignment of the automation solutions with business needs.

• Lead testing phases and manage the hyper-care period post-implementation.

• Facilitate continuous communication between stakeholders and the project team.

Skills Required:

• In-depth knowledge of business process analysis and documentation

• In-depth knowledge of automation capabilities and limitations

• Good understanding of RPA technologies and other AI tools

• Good understanding of RPA life cycle from identification to implementation

• Good understanding of Business Process Management

• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and process re-engineering capabilities

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

• Must be able to work independently and proactively with all relevant stakeholders at varying levels

Required experience:

• High proficiency in English, oral as well as written

• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within business process automation

• Experience with RPA tools, particularly Microsoft Power Automate or other leading toolkits

• Experience with Automation documentation, PDD etc

• Certifications in one or more automation tools are desired

• Experience in working with Jira/ Confluence
