Department: RetailDesignation: TrainerYrs of Experience: 3+ yearsOffice location: Worli, Mumbai Key Responsibilities :Training Program Development : Design, develop, and implement comprehensive training programs for beauty associates and retail staff in general trade and modern trade channels. Keep training materials up-to-date with the latest industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques.Training Delivery: Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions for diverse audiences, focusing on product knowledge, customer service, and sales skills. Utilize various training methodologies to ensure effective learning, including workshops, role-playing, and e-learning.Needs Assessment: Conduct regular assessments to identify the training needs of beauty associates and retail staff. Collaborate with stakeholders to tailor training programs to address specific needs and challenges.Performance Evaluation: Implement evaluation processes to measure the effectiveness of training programs. Provide constructive feedback to participants and make necessary adjustments to enhance training outcomes.Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with beauty associates, retail staff, and store management teams. Collaborate with internal departments to align training programs with overall business goals.Communication Skills: Demonstrate a high level of communication skills, both written and verbal. Effectively convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.Interpersonal Skills: Build positive and collaborative relationships with team members, stakeholders, and external partners. Act as a mentor and coach to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Requirement:Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; training postgraduate degree preferred.Proven experience in training and development, specifically in the skincare or beauty industry.Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.Prior experience in both general trade and modern trade categories is highly desirable.Demonstrated ability to create and deliver effective training programs.
