Position:Retail Excellence Manager

Job Responsibilities:

REM will predominantly manage the Mi Promoter and Mi Buddy programs for the offline channel. You will play an integral part in nurturing both programs while coordinating with the sales teams.

Job Duties:

• Outlet’s identification to deploy promoters in coordination with sales team
• Coordination with respective sales team to execute the sellout operations
• Analyze sell-through and sellout data to give actionable insights to sales team on performance improvement
• Bottom Quartile Management (Promoters and TLs)
• Responsible for promoter hygiene (to be driven through TLs)
• Proficiently drive affordability in the respective zone (Retailer mapping and onboarding with various finance partners and escalation handling)
• Coordinate with manpower agencies on hiring, exit and payout issues
• Support internal teams in coordination with various Manpower agencies
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement and stay ahead in the market.
• Regular market visits to identify process/ market gaps and share feedback/ suggestions

• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decision

Qualification – Post-Graduation/ Graduation

Experience - 5+ years
