The RM will be responsible for managing daily front-of-house restaurant operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, training and supervising staff, and maintaining high standards of food quality and service. The RM will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with safety, sanitation, and food preparation regulations.QualificationsExperienced Restaurant Captain or senior server position in a high-volume, fine-dining restaurantExcellent knowledge of food and beverage preparation, presentation, and serviceExperience with guest relations and ability to handle guest complaintsAbility to train and supervise staff in front-of-house operations and customer serviceStrong communication and organizational skillsAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple tasksFamiliarity with safety, sanitation, and food preparation regulationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or restaurant management preferred
