Job Overview
We are seeking a Research & Development Executive with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our team at VINAYAK INGREDIENTS (INDIA) PVT. LTD. As a Research & Development Executive, you will be responsible for conducting research, developing new products, and improving existing formulations. This is a full-time position based in Bhiwandi, Maharashtra, India.
Qualifications And Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Animal Science, Veterinary Science, Food Science, or related field
- 1 to 3 years of experience in research and development, preferably in the animal industry
- Strong knowledge of feed additives, ingredients, and formulation techniques
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and quality assurance
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Conduct research to develop innovative solutions and improve existing products for the animal industry
- Formulate and test new feed additives and ingredients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective product development and commercialization
- Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and market competition
- Manage projects and timelines to meet research and development objectives
- Document and communicate research findings and results to stakeholders
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to product development
- Support quality control and assurance activities
