Responsibilities–
- Effectively handle animalmodels & allied activities :
oDevelopand validate bio-chemical and cell based assays as per client requirement undersupervision
oEnsurethat laboratory equipment are in working condition
oMaintaina record of day to day experimental activities in ELNB
oEnsuringcompliance to SOPs while conducting the studies
oSupportteam in assay delivery of client based FFS projects
- Ensure safety at work :
oFollow safety SOPs definedfor cell culture
oMaintenance and usage ofequipment/instruments as per SOPs and general housekeeping norms.
Maintain records, dataintegrity :
oMaintainstrict data integrity and adhere to related policies.
Ensure skill development ofself & team:
oEnhanceknowledge in the work area through formal and informal means of learning
oFocuson developing behavioral competencies through behavioral workshops and feedbackdiscussion with manager
