As a Relationship Manager, you will have to drive relationships with existing customers/partners, bank branches and build new strategic alliances with NBFCs/Banks. You will also work as a part of the lender partnerships team, where you will be responsible for liaising and engaging with partners to ensure best in-market products and experience for our customers.
The Role - Relationship Manager
Own utilisation for locker facilities by maintaining a deep knowledge of company products and services.- Conceptualize and implement New customer acquisition strategies for the gold storage facility while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
- Ensure high Cx retention % with the storage facility from the existing customers
- Work with the management on experiments to drive sales/acquire new users through newer channels and implement the same
- Drive marketing campaigns created by Marketing and digital teams to drive user acquisition; and give feedback to improve and iterate the process
- Develop SOPs for strong relationship management that can be implemented across the organization
- Providing clients with comprehensive product/service consultations and guiding their decision-making process.
- Upselling and cross-selling products/services to clients.
- Resolving complaints and issues efficiently and in a timely manner.
- Meeting sales/revenue targets while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Act as a liaison between Oro and our strategic partners by developing trust, maintaining regular communication channels, pitching new products and resolving any issues
- Maintain relationship and coordinate with Lender Branches for smooth operations and resolving issues
- Review the market landscape to ensure our offerings are always competitive
- Work on onboarding new projects, partners and business models to enrich Oro's current business
- Understand partner requirements and align internal teams to meet expectations
- Negotiate schemes and improve process efficiencies with the bank
Skills & Requirements
Must haves
2+ years of experience business development /strategic alliances /banking partnerships/ key accounts manager or similar competencies
- Comfortable with financial concepts and numbers
- Ambition to work with startups and be comfortable with ambiguity
- Proactive approach and high degree of independence
- Highly focused and detail oriented
Excel proficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree + MBA (preferred but not mandatory)
- Brownie points if you have worked in another fintech startup managing relationships with Banks/NBFC
- Proficiency in local language is a must
