Job Overview
We are seeking a Relationship Executive to join our team at Piegon Media Pvt Ltd. As a Relationship Executive, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with our clients. This role requires excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in B2B sales and be able to effectively communicate with clients to meet their needs. This is a full-time position based in Panchkula, Haryana, India.
Qualifications and Skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
- 1 to 3 years of experience in B2B sales
- Ability to listen and understand clients' needs
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of B2B sales processes and techniques
- Familiarity with online marketplaces and digital advertising
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Female candidate is preferable.
Roles and Responsibilities
Build and improve relationships with Existing clients
Review company practices to ensure clients get maximum satisfaction from their packages.
Identify potential opportunities and inform the sales team to follow up.
Educate and inform clients about the companys services and special offers.
Attend to client complaints and resolve issues promptly.
Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and recommend ways of improving client satisfaction.
Work with internal departments to ensure company meets clients expectations.
Upgrade the existing clients as well as asked for renewal from them.
