Vriddhi is looking for candidates for the role of Field Sales Executive, Regional Sales

  • Manager and Zonal Head/Sales manager Team Field Sales Executive

  • Field sales managers monitor the efforts of sales representatives to ensure that sufficient sales are closed.
  • Field sales managers are often referred to as outside sales managers.

Regional Manager

Regional Head The Retail Sales Head position (Chattisgarh) is primarily responsible for revenue generation through strategic alliances with Agriculture Retail Customers. The Retail Sales Head will identify and build new opportunities to increase sales and profitability and has responsibilities directly related to: meeting with customers at their site, communicating with customers via phone, email, and teleconference providing subject matter expertise regarding soil health issues, advising customers on suitability of products and solutions based on their needs, preparing proposals, presentations, pricing and contracts, strategizing next steps, negotiating complex deals and beating the competition in head-to-head opportunities.

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily and long-term operations of a company's stores across a geographic region.
As a Regional Sales Manager you will often be responsible for setting and adjusting sales goals based on deep knowledge of individual store selling patterns.

Zonal Manager

Primary Role will be responsible for driving continuous improvement in all aspects of Sales, Specifications & Field Marketing in the assigned Zone to achieve the business objectives.
This would include sales process improvement and infrastructure management.

Language : Local Language (Chattisgarh)

Qualification And Experience:
o B.Sc. / M.Sc. / MBA in agriculture or allied sciences with Minimum 10+ years of Experience in the sales of Agriculture Products & with relevant knowledge & experience of Agriculture.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in an agriculture-related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of data collection processes.
  • Familiarity with B2C sales and marketing strategies
  • Prepare budget and sales plan in collaboration with the GM/ZM.
  • Guide the team members and monitor the sales, collections.
  • Responsible for designing and implementing schemes for promoting sales and conducting product demonstrations for old and new products.
  • Develop and implement B2C strategies to meet company goals.
  • Engage with farmers, dealers, distributors, and co-marketing companies to provide solutions and support.
  • Handle App Admin panel related tasks, including data collection. Respond to inbound and make outbound calls to provide excellent customer service and generate leads.
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting to support continuous improvement.
