Co-ordination across different functions to implement smooth functioning of all stores in the region | - • Provide weekly feedback to the buying and merchandising Team on the Product & customer insights
- • stay connected with the HR and L&D team to fill manning and training gaps by identifying requirements
- • connect with VM Head to suggest on changes required to ensure focus on non-moving merchandise to achieve higher ST's
- • Co-ordinate with the Marketing Team to share customer feedback and to maintain and elevate customer data health
- • Share constant inputs with relevant teams to ensure constant stock replenishments

Store Management in the respective Region to ensure smooth functioning aimed at achieving targets | - • establish processes for the respective region and increase top line with use of various efficiency tools.

Qualifications: Under Graduate
Minimum Experience Level:4-10 Years
