Role & responsibilities - Business Development / Franchise Acquisition / Stores Operation & P&L Management of Jewellery Showrooms

Job Responsibilities:-

This position is required to achieve the desired level of performance in the following Key Result areas:
\r
* Expansion via new franchise signups
\r
* New Store Projects coordination for timely store launch
\r
* Store launch and hand over to operations team
\r
* Candidate must have experience in opening Franchisee stores with Capex value of 80 lakhs and above.
\r
In order to achieve the above requirement, a person strategizes & ensures execution of franchisee development across regions:
\r
* Drive and motivate the team to Identify & appoint franchisee as per annual expansion target.
\r
* Achieve targeted revenue growth.
\r
* Negotiates franchisee term sheet and closure of agreements of franchisee outlets.
\r
* Property & location identification and negotiation.
\r
* Provides support, consultation, analytical insight and assessment to franchise partners to
\r
build profitable sales.
\r
* Provides support to franchisees to ensure successful store launch and / or store projects.
\r
* Provides timely and constructive feedback for performance improvement. Recognizes and
\r
celebrates franchise partner accomplishments and contributions.
\r
* Prepare franchise training modules to coaches and mentors new franchise partners.
\r
* Documents and reports critical incidents and franchise issues.
\r
* Relationship management with existing & new franchises.
\r
\r
Preferred candidate profile - Must be a Branch Manager In Jewellery Industry
\r
Experience - 15 years in the Jewellery Sales
