Understanding job requirements from clients.
Candidate Sourcing - Source relevant candidates/profiles matching the parameters of the requirements.
Candidate Management - Interview Follow-up / Post Interview Feedback.
Placing candidates - Follow up with the candidates till joining and post joining.
The role would be in end to end recruitment process.
