Responsibilities:
Warmly and professionally welcome visitors, ensuring a positive initial impression.
Manage the reception area to maintain a clean, organized, and professional ambiance.
Efficiently handle incoming phone calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel or recording accurate messages.
Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges in compliance with security protocols.
Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meeting room bookings.
Handle mail and deliveries, sorting and distributing them appropriately.
Perform various administrative tasks, including photocopying, printing, faxing, and preparing presentations.
Monitor office supplies and reorder as necessary.
Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in a receptionist or similar administrative role.
Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Telugu (both written and spoken).
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Proficiency in computer software, particularly MS Office Suite.
A positive and friendly demeanor coupled with a dedication to delivering outstanding customer service.
