Job Overview
We are seeking a Receptionist to join our team at Dr. Aravind's IVF Fertility & Pregnancy Centers. As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations at the front desk.
Qualifications And Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service-oriented role is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in computer skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Manage and maintain the reception area, ensuring a clean and organized environment
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and provide accurate information to callers
- Assist patients with completing necessary forms and paperwork
- Coordinate patient flow by communicating with medical staff and ensuring timely appointments
- Handle patient inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines at all times
- Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
- Assist with billing and insurance-related tasks
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective operations
